Faculty Support

Introduction:                     

Faculty support revolves mainly around class size, compensation for course design, training or development, along with ownership of course materials and other regionally significant factors. Different skills may be required of faculty to teach online learners, so therefore training is vital to the success of the development process. DE coordinators should be aware of the needs for faculty support and to communicate regularly with the local Academic Senate.
