Module Six - DEC Commmunity - Introduction and Learning Outcomes

The job duties of Distance Education Coordinators are numerous, but their primary day-to-day duties involve administrative responsibilities. They also remain at the forefront of information technology in order to guide instructors who may not possess an adequate level of computer literacy. Overall, Distance Education Coordinators work in academic settings, interacting directly with faculty, staff, and students on a daily basis. As a Distance Education Coordinator you will benefit from being involved with a supportive, network of fellow Distance Education Coordinators across the state.
