The following are some additional resources that faculty can use to teach the course. Some may be OER and others may copyrighted resources faculty can use to teach the course with no associated costs for digital access (often referred to a Zero Textbook Cost, or ZTC).

• This Canvas shell from MiraCosta College compiles resources (many of which are openly licensed). Their Course Reader Links to an external site. (also linked to on the Syllabus page in the Canvas shell) lists out all the readings in a convenient outline.
• The California Department of Education has produced a book Family Partnerships and Culture. Links to an external site.This book is copyrighted, although the California Department of Education has given permission through College of the Canyons for this book to be used in the development of OER.
• Additional resources can be found in the Child, Family, and Community thread Links to an external site. on the Early Childhood Education OER Collaboration Google Group. The licensing of these resources varies and should be confirmed before use.
