How Can Facilitators Help?
The facilitators check email and the Canvas Inbox regularly. Course facilitators will respond to inquiries within one business day.
As you begin, you might have technical questions. With regard to technical issues in Canvas, here's what we can help you with:
- Navigating your way successfully through the course pages.
- Taking and submitting quizzes.
- Properly submitting assignments.
- Posting correctly to discussion forums.
- Reading feedback on assignment rubrics, within the text of your assignments, and in the general assignment comments.
