Exciting News and spring ‘17 Quest/Readiness Follow-up

 

Hello Readiness Leads,

 

First, the exciting news……….SmarterServices (SmarterMeasure that is part of the OEI Quest for Online Success Program) has contracted Katie Winter to work specifically with the California Community Colleges.  She is a native of San Diego and is here to help you effectively use SmarterMeasure as part of the Quest program.  Katie is an expert resource when it comes to familiarizing yourself with SmarterMeasure, utilizing the reports, and best practices.  You will be hearing from her in the coming weeks as she will reach out to you to learn how she can best serve your needs. 

 

Katie and I will work closely together to help you deploy the Quest program to your prospective and currently enrolled online students.  The email I sent on October 31 contained all the information you need to make Quest available for your spring students.  You can find a copy of that email in the Readiness Resource Repository at https://ccconlineed.instructure.com/courses/527/modules

 

If you have not gotten started with Quest for spring, please send me the name of your Readiness Lead and LMS Administrator and I will send you the “getting started” information.  I will continue to collaborate with you to implement the comprehensive Quest program (SmarterMeasure, multimedia tutorials, and quizzes).
