C8 - Self-Assessment - Example 1: Quiz

Because this is a public course (so you're not really enrolled in it), there is no way to show you the actual quiz here.

You can download it from the Commons using the search term: C8 - Self-Assessment Quiz. If you can't find it in Commons, you can Download download the quiz file

and save to your computer, then import it into your course. [How do I import content into my course? Links to an external site.]

To provide feedback on Question 2, you might:

  • Follow up with an announcement after the quiz due date and include a brief description of each relevant topic
  • Send an Inbox message providing a brief clarification to the student(s) who demonstrated a lack of understanding of a specific concept

You may also get in touch with individual students to offer resources based on their response to Question 3. (These can be copy-and-paste resources, like: "Here's a great article that might help you understand _____ better.")

This self-assessment permits you to evaluate your learning of the concepts in this course. You are only graded on your completion of the questions, not on your answers.
