Accessing Your LibreTexts Sandbox

Accessing Your LibreTexts Sandbox

Think of your LibreTexts sandbox as your account hub. It is an individual space created just for you in which you can edit and create content.

This one-minute video models the process of accessing your own sandbox.

Sandbox Access

Step 1: Log in to the home page of LibreTexts Links to an external site. and select your choice of libraries

Step 2: Access your instructor account by clicking the SSO option.

It can take a few business days to receive notification that you were approved for an instructor account. Once you receive that email, you can proceed.

Note how the bar changes from grey [Figure 1] to black once you have successfully completed the SSO log in with an instructor's account [Figure 2]. If the bar is still grey after you sign in, you do not have editing capabilities; in that case, go back to Step 2 of How to Request a LibreTexts Instructor Account and Log In or email info@libretexts.org to request your permissions be updated.
