  • "Coffee, Tea, & GP" - Ensuring Learning: Conversations on the Use of Video Monitoring and Recording in Online Learning Assessment (Tuesday, September 22 | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM).  Student Learning Outcomes Assessment is a core component of the Ensuring Learning pillar in Guided Pathways. As our assessment practices have matured in the CCC system, digital technologies have expanded our capacity to capture and assess student learning. In our shift to remote instruction this year, the use of video technology and camera monitoring software has become a common option for online learning assessments. For this conversation, we will want to hear from you about when and where to use it; high stakes vs low stakes assessment; balancing skills and process with student privacy; and what students need to know.   • Integrating GP to Institutional Structures. Tuesday, October 20 | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. The GP funding cycle is nearing an end. All the funds must be spent by June 2022. How can we integrate these efforts and sustain the redesign? How do we integrate all of our initiatives (SSSP, Equity, GPS, etc.) so that we are working toward a common goal of student success? How are campuses working together toward common goals and how are classrooms changing, innovating, etc as part of that model?
