  • Analyze the arguments put forth by Hick.
  • Debate the ideas presented by Hick.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the main theodicies.
  • Communicate ideas in the video and reading to your classmates.

Ask two people the following questions: Why do bad things happen to good people and why do good things happen to bad people. What explanations were given? Do any of the answers relate to this week's reading? And, which answers were more plausible and why?
