Recommendations for Selection Review

  1. Review hiring criteria established initially by the committee (including the EEO DOs and DONTs in selection process).
  2. Discuss who got cut and why. Ask if this aligned with hiring criteria.
  3. Focus on inclusion--review any needed shift of mindset/mental model of screening/selection onto equity and inclusion.
