What MODEL ACTIVITY could we use?

Below is an example of one activity you may use or tailor to your local campus or district to develop INTERVIEW QUESTIONS with equity, diversity, and inclusion in mind for hiring:

Deeper Equity Infusion

1. Develop training on creating questions to get answers aligned to developed hiring criteria. Don’t just do one equity question. Infuse equity into all questions.
2. Use open-ended behavioral questions. Base questions on ideal candidate.
3. Use a rubric or tool to align questions to KSAs.
