Below is an example of one activity you may use or tailor to your local campus or district to begin the PROCESS for RECOMMENDATIONS for equity, diversity, and inclusion in next level interviews:

Rubric Activity for Ranking

1. Create a rubric with a fair and consistent ranking process
2. Ranking should have a numeration system or scorecard based on the KSAs and other determined evaluation criteria
3. Return to your established deliberation dialogue norms to frame the discussion as you discuss the multi-dimensional aspects of the candidates when you review the ranking on the rubric/scorecard
